My surname is Leng and I come from Yichun, Jiangxi. I joined JULYBAMBU company in October 2014 and have been there for 9 years now.

When I first arrived at the factory, my main focus was on machine repairs. The biggest gain from coming to the factory was that I learned a lot from Mr. Lin and his team. I have made great progress in my skills and career, and I feel that the biggest change has been a significant change in my personality. I didn’t really like talking or communicating with people before.

There have been significant changes in this area now. I have been working as a factory manager for 5 years now, except for First Select and Rough Process, where I have not worked. All other positions have been taken on duty, and the most attractive thing about the factory is that I remember one time when I went to the main factory, there were a few big words hanging on the walls of the main factory, saying, ‘Buy a car, buy a house, get a wife.’ Since then, I feel that working in the factory is promising. I have been working here for many years.

My colleagues in the factory are also very supportive of me, and under their guidance, I have been doing very well. My colleagues and boss have always been very concerned about me, and I have many shortcomings, including a bad temper. Sometimes I speak loudly, and sometimes I learn from Mr. Lin and others. Confucius and Zhuangzi’s courses, I will gradually change, hoping that the factory will do better and better.
