The panel inspection of bamboo boards mainly includes 11 aspects: The surface must be clean and free of significant defects; Without Cracks; Without Chips; Without Scratches; Without Dents; Without Gouges; Without Stay; The Texture must be smooth, uniform and without and throughout. This requires JULYBAMBU’s inspectors to observe the surface very carefully and carefully inspect each piece of bamboo board. JULYBAMBU has a dedicated bamboo board quality inspection department with 5 inspectors, each with over 7 years of experience in producing bamboo boards. They conduct strict quality inspections on each batch of orders and each bamboo board. They have a common philosophy: never let bamboo boards with quality problems leave the door of JULYBAMBU factory!
